With 100 kHz sampling rate and a real sampling rate of 400 kHz the M70LL is the fastest sensor. The sensor makes with the separate electronics unit and a is equipped with an Ethernet port. This allows easy access to the measurement data. With a resolution of 0.05 micron mm, it is on the top accuracy range. Its very small light spot diameter (from 0.1 mm) allowing the detection of the smallest components. 8 models with measuring ranges from 0.5 to 200 mm are available. The additional evaluation and a 2m long connection cable are included.
